The staff there is super friendly and helpful with questions but I would not use their service department if I did not have a warranty. I went in for some brakes and rotors and to possibly get a leaking tire fixed. They claimed they couldn't find the leak, and then, for some reason, they switched my leaking front tire with my *not* leaking back tire and I had to find that part out on my own while I was driving. I got new tires elsewhere.

Meagen was beyond great. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Talking to her the first time made me feel like she knew me my whole life. It was, by far, the best dealership experience I have ever had. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for a car. She is the reason I am giving the dealership 5 stars instead of less. My problem was with the finance side. Phil in service is always top notch......however I did not enjoy my experience when trying to purchase a 2019 navigator the sales man JT was great but the sales manager jay was horrible. I came with my pre-approval but he insisted that if I didnt go thru the dealership he could not do business with me......so I left there and went to uptown Lincoln and purchased a 2020 lincoln aviator with 30,000 less miles for a better price . Customer courtesy has been and has remained impressive each visit since 2020. ThankYou for finally resolving the deflating tire issue. There still remains two other tires requiring the similar treatment.

My appt was at 11am they immediately greeted me and took my car into service then offered a shuttle. I accepted. When my car was complete they delivered my car by valet to my location.
Not sure Service technicians are expert in fixing the issues, so far almost 10 times came for the same issue and always they claim it's fixed but in actual it doesn't

I recently was forced to change dealerships when Badger went out of Business. I wish I would have done so far sooner! I can't say this about many people, let alone a car dealership; however, I received an estimate for service and it actually came back at almost half the price due to the Tech finding an easier way to get the job done. Overall, Meagan did a great job getting the truck to my husband at his job site to see it and try it out. Answered all questions at the time of purchase and was friendly and helpful. We were happy with all the people we met and how they treated us.

Working with Leela was good. I had the price worked out with her. Then I was sent to Devin and felt like everything was a secret. He didn't explain the cost of the warranty or what kind of deductible I wanted. He added it to the total without even telling me the cost and added the most expensive but lowest deductible. 3 times I have ask service to verify if the rip on the driver’s seat is under warranty. No response!
The issue with our ford fiesta took a couple visits to figure out. The issues was eventually resolved. My only issue is they weren’t able to replicate the issue of the car no starting, but I was as soon as I picked the car up after the first second round of diagnosis. We had to take numerous videos to show the issue and we were consistently able to replicate the issue, but they couldn’t. The issue was found and resolved eventually. It was a tricky issue, but maybe more checks earlier could have identified the issue.

I had a hole in my windshield wiper fluid container. I was leaking fluid when I got home. No one said anything to me. When I cashed out. My wiper fluid container is completely empty. I also had several items on my sheet that they gave me of things that needed repaired. When I advised of those things that were just done in Nov. 2025. The associate then advised the tech. it was a recall on the camera for the company truck I drive. can not rate the service team because i just dropped off the truck and left with a coworker. the Ford building was shut down do to a gas leak in it from the snow storm.
It was a good experience and they got the job done quickly and efficiently I will bring my car back to that anytime. It needs some work done.

It was fine The service was fine. Seems like excessive time needed to be able to diagnose additional issue that I have with my sunroof.

My salesperson, JT, provided tremendous customer service throughout my entire experience. I was an out of state buyer, which required JT to be my eyes and ears on the truck I wanted to purchase. I never doubted that he could be fully trusted as my proxy. He really acted more as an advocate than a salesperson. I would happily buy from JT again.
