My service experience was very poor. Twice Heiser ordered the wrong part. One of the associates hung up on my wife when she called. A third time they were scheduled to pick up my car for a simple repair, they couldn’t get a loaner at the time they agreed. Will never use them again for service.

Everyone at the dealership were very nice. All my questions were answered promptly and since I purchased the car online they were very patient with me. My salesman was very helpful and even drove my new Mustang convertible to my home which is over 200 miles away!

Took two weeks to do a repair that should have only taken 1 or 2 days. Very little communication during the process. Also found my truck unlocked in the lot on a Wednesday night and left a message with the manager and nothing. Then on Saturday talked with the sales manager about the issues and nothing. Because of this we decided to buy my son's car from Boucher Lincoln instead of at Heiser.

Regarding transmission inspection. The inspection/invoice literally listed exactly what I told service, nearly verbatim. “Verified customers concern”. So to regurgitate what I told service without any diagnostics at all cost of $178.00 made this customer very unsatisfied. Apparently no OBD diagnostics, tranny fluid inspection for metal/color/smell, no suggestion of adaptive learning resets, not even a mention of a test drive. Because of this encounter, I am seriously rethinking the F150, and likewise my wife Barbara Markoff has questions as well. Jerry Kaster

Everyone at Heiser Ford was curtious and helpful in my time of need. Heiser's sales team took a bad situation and flipped it around. The end result I was able to drive home in my new car.

There is no follow up with questions, warranties, or orders. In 1/7/25 I had an oil change at that time Heiser (Ellie) called me to say I had a possible oil leak and the hose to my reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid was clod (which is something I requested they check for me) and it cost me $160+ to diagnose. I asked to check my extended warranty for coverage and to this day 3/13/25 I have not heard back. I have called several times and when I began to indicate how the service was not satisfactory she would make excuses and when ...

I've used Heiser Ford for all my vehicle needs for the past 25+ years with satisfaction. This particularly time I was charged for a tire rotation as part of the Works Service package but the tires were never rotated. I reached out to them via message on their website and never heard back from them. It does leave me wondering how many times in the past I've been charged and the service was never performed.

Took my Bronco Raptor in for service and the sales team made me an offer that I could not refuse on a new Bronco Raptor. This dealership is excellent and extremely fair.

Great customer service! I went in for the works package and they found i had a nail in my tire. Phil was on top of everything and had my car ready to go in no time! Very thoughtful in explaining the vehicle inspection they provide and gave me a helpful printout for tires since my tread was getting low. No pressure from him to buy and he just wanted to give me a heads up for when the time comes. He was super informative!

Auto was picked up and delivered back to me in a timely manner. Seat belt works great. Driver was polite and professional. My only complaint is there was what appears to be grease left on my rear seat.

This last experience made up for the past experiences. They really took care of me. I put the wrong gas n my truck and they treated my vehicle like it was their own. It was a long wait, but worth it as they were able to drain the flex fuel gas from my truck and it is driving better than ever. The staff was reasonable. Unlike some people in the world they kinda understand that what’s fair is fair. I can appreciate that if nothing but the sales department is pushy and irritating calling/texting my phone 15 thousand times a day. Please get a life.

Very good experience. Drop the vehicle off and waited. Dealership ran into a problem, gave us a vehicle, which wasn’t necessary we would awaited call us when a vehicle is ready. We came back and picked it up very friendly.

You need to CONSTANTLY stay on top of them as they aren’t proactive about providing status updates.

I waited for over an hour and a half. I asked why the price increased. They said it was because they didn’t have an active $20 coupon. Went on your site and found a $20 coupon. Got it added. Didn’t even take $20 off. took $15. didn’t Have the energy to care. Stop asking me for surveys. I’m unhappy with your pricing.

I came to get a oil change, I had to take my car in to get a cooler flush, I when to R& K motor and they told me that I also had a oil leaking but nobody told me anything about a oil leak at Heiser Ford when I got an oil change . from here on out I'll not be coming there for any type of service again.
