The staff there is super friendly and helpful with questions but I would not use their service department if I did not have a warranty. I went in for some brakes and rotors and to possibly get a leaking tire fixed. They claimed they couldn't find the leak, and then, for some reason, they switched my leaking front tire with my *not* leaking back tire and I had to find that part out on my own while I was driving. I got new tires elsewhere.

Phil in service is always top notch......however I did not enjoy my experience when trying to purchase a 2019 navigator the sales man JT was great but the sales manager jay was horrible. I came with my pre-approval but he insisted that if I didnt go thru the dealership he could not do business with me......so I left there and went to uptown Lincoln and purchased a 2020 lincoln aviator with 30,000 less miles for a better price . I recently was forced to change dealerships when Badger went out of Business. I wish I would have done so far sooner! Working with Leela was good. I had the price worked out with her. Then I was sent to Devin and felt like everything was a secret. He didn't explain the cost of the warranty or what kind of deductible I wanted. He added it to the total without even telling me the cost and added the most expensive but lowest deductible. The issue with our ford fiesta took a couple visits to figure out. The issues was eventually resolved. My only issue is they weren’t able to replicate the issue of the car no starting, but I was as soon as I picked the car up after the first second round of diagnosis. We had to take numerous videos to show the issue and we were consistently able to replicate the issue, but they couldn’t. The issue was found and resolved eventually. It was a tricky issue, but maybe more checks earlier could have identified the issue.

I had a hole in my windshield wiper fluid container. I was leaking fluid when I got home. No one said anything to me. When I cashed out. My wiper fluid container is completely empty. I also had several items on my sheet that they gave me of things that needed repaired. When I advised of those things that were just done in Nov. 2025. The associate then advised the tech. Recently purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from Meagan and she was fantastic! They made the process super easy. We test drove, explained we had to test drive other SUVs so we left and came back the next week to test drive it again. it was a recall on the camera for the company truck I drive. can not rate the service team because i just dropped off the truck and left with a coworker. the Ford building was shut down do to a gas leak in it from the snow storm.

He was able to coordinate the securing of parts, then when i brought my car in, was able to proactively find me a loaner car while they kept my car, kept me updated as to the progress on the car, allowed me to pick up the car when I needed to after the work was done, detailed the car wonderfully and kept it indoors so I could pick it up in pristine condition. My salesperson, JT, provided tremendous customer service throughout my entire experience. I was an out of state buyer, which required JT to be my eyes and ears on the truck I wanted to purchase.
